0.96 hectares of vines on the southern slope of the Moulin à Vent hill. “Perrelles” is a local word for “quarry”, in the same way as climats in the Bourgogne winegrowing region are called “Les Perrières”.

This plot on white, quartz-rich soil, faces due south, and is planted at a density of 14,000 vines per hectare.

Tasting
Its south-facing location ensures wonderful maturity. This Moulin à Vent has a style similar to some of the great Bourgogne wines; both powerful and elegant, with great length in the mouth.
