We offer to the young wine professionals the opportunity to manage the estate for a period of 3 years in all its activities, from the vineyard to the sales. At the end of this period, its new winegrowers "Jeunes Pousses"will be allow to create their own domain, with this solid experience and fly of their own wings.

Location
Located a few kilometers from Moulin à Vent in the beautiful village of Emeringes in the Beaujolais Villages appellation.
This cuvée is a blend of 5ha of vines, the youngest is 40 years old and the oldest is over 100 years old.

Terroir
Brown limestone soil, which is deep and very stony.
Vinification
Harvesting is manual with 30% whole clusters.
3 weeks of fermentation with a very light extraction.
30 % of new oak barrels are used for an aging period of 12 months.

Tasting
It is a serious Beaujolais Villages for the appellation, the color is quite deep, the tannins are fine but present, we find the notes of white pepper and strawberries characteristic of these granite soils. This is a wine we can drink even in its youth.
