Terroir
This soil is mainly composed of flint and limestone. The 20% slope faces southeast. We harvest the grapes around one week after the harvest on the Côtes de Nuits to ensure good maturity.

Tasting
This soil, which contains a good proportion of limestone, offers wines with a nice freshness. These wines do not require lengthy ageing as the altitude does not necessarily bring great density, but rather aromas of fresh fruits and flowers.
