Location
This wine is a blend from plots in the Lugny appellation in the Saône-et-Loire département.
Terroir
Les Charmes is a terroir located in the east of the appellation and faces south, on very white limestone. This limestone helps contain the solar character of the location, bringing a certain freshness to the natural richness of these wines.
Vinification
Harvesting is manual and followed by slow pressing of 3 hours.
Ageing
Aged in stainless steel tank for 14 months.

Tasting notes
This wine has a pretty yellow flower and albumen-tinged bouquet that feels quite precise. The well-defined palate offers tangerine and custard creams on the entry, a fine bead of acidity and a lovely, white-chocolate-tinged finish.
