Bourgogne Aligoté "Clos des Perrières la Combe"


The wine
This wine is very aromatic with a good length which is surprising for this appellation.
The vintage
This cuvée was product in 1438 bottles for the vintage 2016.
Bordering the Village appellation (Nuits Saint Georges “les Argilats”), we are located on the hillside (Vosne Romanée side) on very calcareous soils facing south.
This vine was planted in 1978 offers some mature and very aromatic Aligoté. The limestone soil gives this wine a good length much more than what would be expected for this appellation.
The harvest is manual and the grapes are pressed directly after cutting.
Vinification in barrels for a period of 16 months.
